JAMES CUBITT AND MUSANADA ON HSE ASSESSMENT OF ABU DHABI GOVERNMENT FACILITIES – JANUARY 2015

Firas Al Jebouri, Project Manager for James Cubitt said: “The Educational & Healthcare sector demands uncompromisingly high levels of safety.

The safety precaution levels of the facilities being build more than 20 years ago needs a significant upgrade to satisfy the latest safety regulations and increasing the level of safety and security of Abu Dhabi governmental buildings following the future plan of Abu Dhabi 2030.

The project started in July 2013 and involved the upgrading the existing facilities & the subdivision of commercial lots into the latest fire safety regulations according to the NFPA, central facilities buildings as well as associated infrastructure upgrades are also part of the current phase of the project.

The Upgrading Process of the all governmental facilities, planned for completion in early 2017, will provide additional safety precautions especially for the educations facilities and will also include the healthcare and corporate facility buildings.

James Cubitt is engaged by Musanada PSJ to provide Environmental, Health & Safety assessment for all the governmental facilities under operation by Musanada from the engineering point of view.
