JAMES CUBITT TO DESIGN A 2.3 BILLION DIRHAM NEW URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN DUBAI LAND – DECEMBER 2014

James Cubitt has been awarded a contract to design a new expansion urban development project in Dubai land, city of Dubai, UAE.

Pacific ventures Real Estate Development will be developing the peace city planning for a new landmark project in Dubai Land.

James Cubitt will provide Master Plan, Architectural, and Interior, structural, civil, geotechnical, Infrastructure and traffic engineering services for the project.

The development will feature the city’s first Islamic Sharia Compliance community centers, , entertainment and dining facilities, equatorial riding track and several spots courts for football, basketball, cricket and tennis.

The project is the latest addition to James Cubitt’s desirable portfolio of urban planning projects including the developed Pacific village, Musfaah Gardens and Al Sad Sports Stadium in Qatar.

The project s is expected to be lunched by February 2016
