John Kress – Managing Director

John is currently the Managing Director of James Cubitt & Partners. He is a project management professional with extensive engineering experience and has worked on several iconic civil, industrial and architectural engineering projects in Europe & South Africa.

He joined James Cubitt & Partners in 1970 and was resident architect in Benghazi, Libya from 1969 to 1973 and in the Nigeria office from 1973 to 1976. John was made an Associate of the firm in 1975 and a Director of the company in 1988.

John has over 35 years experience working on major Master Plan and Industrial projects in Libya, Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, India and the UK for Health, Education and Industrial clients.

Recently, his efforts have been concentrated on industrial and commercial projects for multi-national companies and statutory authorities both in the United Kingdom, Europe, North Africa and India.
