Alotaiba Hospital – United Arab Emirates

The proposed Al Otaiba Hospital is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, it’s a 400 X 410 meters parcel of land. JCP rendered multi optioned Architectural Design to meet various stages of development that required to complete the full phase of the Hospital. The complete GFA of the hospital is 37,000 square meters. Phase 1 will be 100 bed hospital complete core and shell while phase 2 will be finishing off with 400 beds and complete fit-outs and medical equipments. There will be a possible of an annex building to house medical staffs and to host some utilities needed to facilitate the Hospital.
