MPL Epe Resort and SPA Phase 2 – Nigeria

The Epe Resort and Spa is envisioned as an exclusive destination resort and corporate enclave with international hotel management. The design concept is based on a fusion between the modern and natural. The larger development of which it is a part includes deluxe villas, luxury cottages, and a regulation nine-hole golf course and driving range.
The previous owners and occupants of the site had developed several bungalows as out-station residences for their construction workers. We have now carefully remodeled and converted these to chalets, offering 44 guestrooms. The spa building was purpose-designed with the input of a Paris-based spa consultant. Ancillary facilities such as an administrative building and a reception building with conferencing facilities have also been provided.
